All products are handmade or hand painted our artists are makes this product for that we are using the artists identity in product image. So all products are selling by artists through our website.
Delivery time is normally 7 days but sometimes it’s take 2-3 days more because every product need to make by hand after order place. Product color and size may not be exact same as product image because may be the color use previously is not available at the time of order in that case we’ll contact you before process the order.
All the customer data will be secure with us and will not be used any other 3rd party site.
We are using Razorpay as a payment partner, They provided all kind of Credit / Debit card facility with 100% security if you need any support about your payment you can directly contact them with a valid transaction number.
All products are handmade in personify.shop so return & refund will not possible because our artists are creating it as per your order that product will not be resell to others. If you received any wrong or damaged product then personify will verify it and will contact the respective artists about it.
Our shipping partners are India Post, DTDC, Blue Dart ETC. If you need any product very urgently you need to contact us before place order , we’ll contact to our seller he / she is available or not.
After product shipped tracking number will be provided so you can track it through their tracking API.
The payment process id through our site and our support person will not ask you anything related your card or OTP etc so be careful.
Don’t copy anything from our site like image or content it’s reserved for copyright. We can take action if anything suspicious.
